Who we are and what we collect
This policy explains how wedocode, as data controller, handles personal information collected on this site, in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD). The site has no accounts or login. When you use the conversational diagnosis or contact us, we collect your name, company, email and/or phone number and the answers you give about your company. We also collect browsing data, such as pages visited, device type, browser and approximate location, through Google Analytics.
How we use it
We use the data to reply to you, prepare the diagnosis, present proposals and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decisions with legal effects on you.
Legal basis
Form data is processed for pre-contractual steps at your request (LGPD, art. 7, V) and based on our legitimate interest in replying and maintaining business contact (art. 7, IX). Analytics data is processed based on your consent, where required, or on our legitimate interest in measuring site usage.
Sharing and processors
To run the site, form answers are sent by email, recorded in a spreadsheet and forwarded to the team via Telegram. These services, along with Google Analytics and the site’s hosting provider, act as processors and may store data outside Brazil, under the safeguards provided by the LGPD. We may also share data when required by law or by an authority.
How long we keep it
We keep form data while there is a business relationship or a legitimate interest in the contact, and delete or anonymize it once it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it. Google Analytics data follows the retention period configured in the tool.
Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. You may also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics cookies to measure visits and page usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without affecting your use of the site.
