We built Inkcloser, a management and customer service SaaS for tattoo artists.

Context

Tattoo artists get quote requests on WhatsApp at all hours and spend time answering the same questions instead of tattooing.

Challenge

Answer every request quickly, give a price range consistent with the artist’s own rates and book the session, without taking control of the conversation away from the artist.

What was built

WhatsApp assistant that understands the request: style, body area, size and reference.
Quotes as price ranges based on each artist’s rate table.
Scheduling with open slots, synced with Google Calendar, and session booking.
Dashboard with conversations, clients, calendar and campaigns, where the artist can take over any conversation.
Subscription plans with recurring billing.
